• Current LuminX Software and Data
  ASI has identified LuminX data elements necessary to generate an extensive data warehouse that will be used for reporting and data analysis. A tracking mechanism will be placed in your current LuminX system that will indicate which data needs to be extracted.
• ASI Data Warehouse
  ASI’s data server is a large enterprise ALPHA Unix server that houses an Oracle8i database. This database contains each client’s information in a separate and secured schema (compartment). In addition to housing the LuminX data warehouse this server will be responsible for transferring each client’s extracted LuminX information.
• Ingenix Normative Data
  Ingenix (Formerly known as Medicode) will be providing ASI with normative claim data. This data reflects claim encounter information for approximately 10,000,000 employee lives. This normative data will also be part of the LuminX data warehouse and will be available to all registered LuminX Advanced Report Server users.
• ASI Business Intelligence Server
  A Cognos Web Server will provide registered users with all of the tools necessary to generate and distribute reports as well as perform data analysis. A “drill down” function is also available that enables the user to go to the next level of detail in analysis and reporting.
• ASI Data Warehouse Team
  A team of ASI Data Warehouse specialists will:
  
  1. Ensure client data is loaded on a secure and timely basis.
  2. Administer the client LuminX and normative database.
  3. Develop additional reporting and data analysis capabilities.
  4. Provide client assistance for data analysis and report generation.
